Hello, being a dinosaur when it comes to computer technology/usage with very little time to study this area, can you explain to me in simple terms how I can take a story I write or upload and put it into a Category (Environment, Tech&Bix, Health, World, Culture, etc.) that does not exist in the bar on the right side, that asks me to tick of the category -- before the story gets uploaded?  For instance, when I go to do this, I am given the options already mentioned starting with 'none' -- but 'local' is not there to choose!  Why is it not there for me to see and tick off? If it's not present in this area -- then how can I direct my story into the 'local' category!This is how a story that I wanted published in the 'local' category (page) ended up elsewhere!
