Is there anything in the works to put ads on this site? What about paying contributors for their stories?

There are a ton of people who go onto this site and there really is no way anyone is making money here. Maybe it's just my finance background but I think people would welcome getting some money from the hours of work they put into this site. Not to mention the fact that it must cost a lot of money to keep this site up and running.

Any ideas for or against this general idea are welcome. And if you like this idea how would we go about making money from this site without taking away from the consumer's experience?
