I'm sure you have heard of Flock social networking friendly webbrowser. It already has well integrated support for Flick, Facebook & few others too.
It would be good idea to have a plugin for NP too.
And the Highlight tool too...

Highlight actually works with flock since it is firefox-based, I'm actually using it right now.
Good idea about the integration though, something to look in to?
