NP Rank:
Please visit here to see latest for our meeting tonight at 6pm PDT. (To calculate your local time click here. )
We'll attempt another Skypecast (which is still very much a beta product, so it may fail completely. If it does, we'll go to a Skype conference call).
WATCH THIS SPACE FOR INFORMATION AS WE GET CLOSER TO THE START TIME.
You'll also need to get us your Skype Name so you can participate in the parallel Skype chat (non-voice). You can do that in advance by using the Skype Search function, and look for NowPublic. You can then add NowPublic to your contacts, and we'll do the same at our end.
Option 2 : click here if the first one doesn't work.
Option 3: I’ll set up a regular Skype call.
(Please try to mute your microphone, if we have to do Option 3. You can do
that on a PC by going to the Control Panel>Sounds and Audio Devices>Voice>Volume. When
you click on the Volume button, you can drop the little slider there to the
bottom. If you want to join in, please just reverse the steps).

AGENDA
1. New Developments at NowPublic
Michael Tippett, co-founder NP will be on hand to briefly describe some of the many initiatives that are underway, including our new partnership with AP, Cleveland Park, our plans for the 2008 US elections, and more.
2. New Products from the desk of our Designer
NP Design Director Marc Baumgartner will discuss some of the early-stage syndication tools he's working on - and may have some preliminary screenshots for you to look at.
3. Wrangler Chatter
Tell us how it's going on the wild, lonesome ranges of heroic crowdsourcing. Seriously - we'd like to hear from you. Things that aren't working so well. Annoyances. Ideas. Suggestions.

Wrangler Chatter -
Is it possible to add some categories to your list of tags like Energy, Foreign Policy, 2008 Elections.
In the commentary realm, some of the articles don't fit neatly into "politics" "technology" or "opinion.
Thanks
