You previously submitted content to www.nowpublic.com (the “Site”) and granted NowPublic Technologies Inc. (“NowPublic”) and its licensees the right to publish and otherwise use and exploit Your content in accordance with certain licensingterms available at www.CreativeCommons.org (the “Prior License”). NowPublic recently revised its “Terms of Service” located at the Site and changed the license terms applicable to content contributed to the Site (the “New License”).

You are hereby provided notice that, effective immediately, the content you previously submitted to the Site is deemed to have been re‐submitted to the Site and You hereby grant to NowPublic the rights to use Your Content in accordance with the New License. In addition, You acknowledge that the Prior License contains provisions that permit You to grant licenses to Your content that are different from the Prior License but that doing so does not necessarily terminate the Prior License. As such, You expressly agree that the Prior License is terminated but, in the event that You otherwise retain any rights against NowPublic and the content pursuant to the Prior License, You will not enforce the Prior License against NowPublic.

If you do not agree to the foregoing, please feel free to remove Your content from the Site and NowPublic will no longer use Your content.
