Responding to Questions

Make no mistake: You will get questions from Flickr members (see below for issues relating to YouTube requests). These will either appear in your regular inbox or in the Flickr Mail feature, depending on which email address you have provided for your Flickr account.

Please respond to all email promptly and courteously (ahem…don’t be a jerk!). Remember that sending a request can provoke many questions – about who you are, your intentions, whether you're trustworthy or just another spammer – so the way you reply is very important. If you do not have an answer to a question, or if the recipient complains in any way, please forward their email and a NowPublic staffer will pick up the reins. We know pretty much everything there is to know, and we like bragging about our knowledge, so we’re happy to help.

All requests are monitored by our brilliant and modest Quality Assurance Coordinator.
