Prime Minister Gordon Brown's Email system is still down

I wanted to email the Prime Minister today and this is what I found after looking at his website Number10.gov.uk:-

When I have a faulty email address, I just use another one temporarily and it doesn't cost me anything so how come it takes ages for the PM to get one. He just needs to get up a hotmail account. Even I can do that, and I can't even work the NP highlight thing.

Number10.gov.uk have a new website which is much better and faster than the old one; With regard to Emails to the PM the site offers this information;
If you wish to e-mail the Prime Minister you will need to provide certain personal details including your name and email address. This material will be used to verify the email address and confirm the mailer is content with us to proceed with processing the email. While all reasonable precautions have been taken to ensure the security of this website and the transmission of these emails, this website assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or interception when emails are transmitted from this website to the Prime Minister’s email system.

Dear goverment ,
my name is Emma and i am nearly ten years old , i wanted to know about cigarettes my question is if cigarettes are bad then why do people make them . My teacher said its because people make money out of them but where does the money get to and i asked my mum and she said that the goverment gets the money . I think that you should ban cigarettes soon or do something about it .
