25 feared dead in Indonesian sand mine collapse

There is bad news coming from Indonesia. Twenty five workers working in a sand mine have been trapped and lost their life. The incident happened on Thursday afternoon after a sand mine collapsed in Indonesia.

Twenty five workers were feared dead after a sand mine collapsed in Indonesia, officials said on Friday.
    "A huge amount of sand fell down and buried the people on Thursday afternoon. The rescue team found five dead bodies in the morning," health ministry crisis centre head Rustam Pakaya said.

The collapse occurred in southeast Sulawesi province. Rescue efforts are ongoing, Pakaya said.
